How long are sessions?
Typically, sessions are 60 minutes long. Longer sessions are available on request.

Do you take insurance?
We do not take insurance.

What forms of payment do we take?​​​​
We currently accept cash, check or payment through the Zelle and Venmo apps as Renew Us BCS.

What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations after 6 pm the day before the scheduled appointment or for no-shows, you will be charged half the session rate for the first incident and the full rate for incidents thereafter.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
Confidentiality and privacy are important! All communication between counselor and counselee is confidential and privileged information that cannot be disclosed without written permission.

Exceptions include:
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which the counselor is required by law to report to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, the counselor must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, the counselor will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, the counselor will take further measures without their permission that are provided by law in order to ensure their safety.
