Temperament Therapy

Temperament Therapy, simply put, is about learning who God made you to be and how this interacts with the choices in your life.

Our temperament doesn’t change. Life experiences, family, culture are examples of influences that can distort or temporarily alter the expression of our temperament. This distortion can appear in our lives as anxiety, fear, anger, emotional wounds, addictions, etc. If we are not walking in the way we are designed to be, just like a tool or machine, we may be less efficient or even break down.

How do we discover your temperament?

We utilize The Arno Profile System (A.P.S.), developed by Drs. Richard and Phyllis Arno, at the National Christian Counseling Association. The APS focuses on and measures different aspects of an individual’s needs, natural traits, strengths, and weaknesses, according to their inborn temperament.

Other Applications of Temperament Therapy

Temperament Therapy can be used corporately for team building or finding the right person to fit a position.

Let us help you "renew your mind” and get rid of old, ineffective mindsets.

Inner or Deep-Level Healing

Inner healing or deep-level healing is the process of walking through the healing of deeper wounds, often associated with trauma.

Charles Kraft, in his book Two Hours to Freedom (2010), shares

“Most people need deep-level healing because they have experienced inner emotional and spiritual damage during the course of their lives … By way of definition, deep-level healing is a ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit aimed at bringing healing to the whole person: spirit, body, mind, emotions and will. (pg 21)

Holy Spirit

We are Holy Spirit guided. What does this mean? Our sessions are led by God – in Spirit and in Word.

But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you.

Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

John 14:26-27 (MEV)
